From my background in children's mental health my focus is always on how I can teach children the tools they need to thrive in life. I think yoga, mindfulness and creativity are incredible tools that can help children as they grow. 

Every child is unique and might engage with the class differently. That is why I meet each child where they're at and get them to join in at a pace that suits them. The key is fun. After a long day at school, giving them a space to have fun and relax is crucial. Which is why I do not force children to get involved, instead I always try to find games or activities that work for them, so they can join in and have fun.
